Holiday property - Vakantiehuisje in Merkem

This Nature cottage is a former staff house of the nearby castle de Coninck de Merckem. It was renovated while preserving authentic elements with attention to contemporary comfort.
Upon arrival we provide made beds & bath & kitchen linen. There is also wood for the wood stove available.
At the back of the house there is a lawn and a spacious terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Our Ouessant sheep are your closest neighbors. Also our bees regularly come to get their nectar from the flower meadow.
In the morning we serve you breakfast in the form of a breakfast basket. This is carefully composed with traditional local products and home-made products. We have an orchard and vegetable garden from which we process our fruits into fruit juices, jams and preserves. Our bees provide delicious honey.
What we need to purchase we do from local producers and farms.
