This spacious group accommodation with cozy wood stove has four bedrooms and can accommodate 8 to 12 people. There are two luxurious bathrooms, a large garden with a lovely terrace and private enclosed parking. In short, the ideal accommodation for large families, groups and groups of friends. This private 8 to 12 person group accommodation consists of two floors. On the first floor you will find a large living room including a cozy wood stove, flat screen TV with some Dutch channels, with USB port, DVD player and radio, CD player and WiFi. Adjacent to the living room there is a dining room with a large table, two sofas and four chairs. In the living room there is a large cabinet with enough dining and drinking utensils for 14 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with vitroceramic hobs, fridge/freezer, combination microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster and blender. Of course there are pots and pans available to prepare a nice meal for your party. On the first floor you will also find a bedroom with a double bed (160cm wide), electric radiator and a sink. Also on the first floor you will find a bathroom equipped with shower, electric radiator and sink. There is also a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Because of the presence of a bedroom, bathroom and toilet on the first floor, this group accommodation is extremely suitable for families and groups of which one or two persons have difficulty walking or climbing stairs. In this room you will find two large convertible sofas, tables, television, DVD player, toys and a door at the top of the stairs to protect the children. There are three bedrooms upstairs. Each bedroom consists of a double bed (140cm wide) and a bunk bed (90cm wide). All bedrooms are equipped with a double comforter (four-season comforter) and pillows. You will also find upstairs the second bathroom with a bathtub, shower, electric radiator, sink and a toilet.Outside there is a large garden with terrace with parasol and garden furniture. In the garden there is a gazebo which houses the barbecue that you may use. There is also plenty of firewood here for during your stay. There is also a large private parking lot where you can park your cars.
