This 1909 house was recently restored using mostly ecological materials. Wood wool, lime, hemp. Little phthalate and formaldehyde. The doors are solid oak, even in the kitchen. The countertops are of mortex. The bathroom tiles are of travertine (limestone).The windows and exterior doors are made of local larch. Part of the building is covered with chestnut shingles.The bed mattress is also organic.We use electricity from my solar panels. The water for the toilets, outdoor tap, washing machine is provided by a rainwater reserve. The house is equipped with a water treatment plant.You have a large plot of land on the banks of the stream "Masblette".I have provided a locked room for your bikes with the possibility of charging batteries. I am a cyclist myself and have repair equipment and some skills in this area.
