This cozy six-person semi-detached cottage is located on the outskirts of a quiet village ten kilometers from the tourist town of La Roche-en-Ardenne. You are in the beautiful hiking and cycling area 'Parc naturel des deux Ourthes'. After a brisk walk in the woods or one of the numerous activities nearby (climbing forest, wildlife park, castle, Nisramont reservoir, Achouffe brewery, kayaking, etc.), you can unwind in the lovely garden in the hot tub or enjoy a delicious BBQ.

First floor:Cozy living room with a dining area and a sitting area with smart TV and a wood stove. The open kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer, oven, five-burner stove, washing machine, Dolce Gusto and filter coffee machine and kettle.First floor:There are three bedrooms, one with a double bed (180x200) and a crib and two with two single beds (90x200) one of which also has a crib. Bathroom with a shower room, sink and a double bathtub. There is also an infrared sauna.Garden:From the living room you can go to the terrace with garden furniture. From the terrace you enter the garden. There is a second garden set, as well as a BBQ. and an eight-person spa/bubble bath.(Optional) Behind the garden is a common playing field for two vacation homes. This playing field of about 1500 square meters has fruit bushes and a playground with a swing, slide, hammocks, volleyball net and a jeux-de-boules court.
