Holiday property - Vakantiehuis in La Roche en Ardenne

Our Nature cottage has 3 bedrooms:
First floor: Large bedroom with double bed and shower corner + sink
First floor: Bedroom with 2 bunk beds
Mezzanine: Large bedroom with double bed
On the ground floor we also find a storage room, a separate toilet and a new bathroom with shower, sink and toilet
The mezzanine houses a spacious bedroom and a reading corner
The upper floor has a new kitchen equipped with all comforts (dishwasher, coffee maker, combi oven, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, hood, ...) with access to the garden which provides a large terrace, grass and a petanque court. On the terrace there is plenty of furniture and a parasol.
The wonderfully lit messanine makes it possible to watch relaxing television (cable VOO present + smarttv for Netflix or other streaming services).
The house has electric floor heating on the first floor and upstairs heating through infrared panels.
