Holiday property - 2 pers Petit Gite Ardennen, huisdieren welkom

Welcome to our site of the 2 pers Petit Gite with a completely fenced little garden.

The cozy Petit Gite, which dates back to 1713, was back then already a welcoming place to spend the night, for the passers-by of the neighboring stagecoach stop.
The cottage has been respectfully restored. Its wood interior and natural stone walls create a romantic and authentic atmosphere.

On the ground floor is the living room and completely renovated kitchen November 2024, equipped kitchen with 4 burner electric hob and combi-oven (grill / hot air / microwave), further refrigerator, pans + service, double coffeemaker (Switch Senseo = filter coffee + pads), kitchen linen are provided. In addition to the central heating, a wood stove provides additional cozy warmth.

Upstairs 1 bedroom, with 2 x 1 pers box spring beds, these are equipped with bed linen + towels. Bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom. Crib + high chair possible on request. Just as there may be for a 3rd person a 3rd (good folding) bed added.

Outside 2 x own private garden + terrace, 1 garden + terrace is completely fenced and also with a BBQ.

The Petit Gite is located in the picturesque village of Fraiture, in the beautiful, wooded nature reserve, with the ski run Baraque de Fraiture, second highest peak of the Ardennes.
Where every season is to enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the Ardennes.
So an ideal environment for peace seekers, hikers, mountain bikers, cyclists (there is a bike route plotted, starting from the front door of the Gite, via QR code on an app to follow) there are also routes ready in the Gite. Or we are happy to help you on the spot.

For the summer months, it is good to stay along or on the river Ourthe, day canoeing or kayaking. Or canoeing, swimming on/in reservoir of Nisramont.
Or spend a quiet day in the completely fenced garden of the Gite.
Or visit a town or village including La Roche-en-Ardenne, Bastogne, Houffalize, Malmedy, Stavelot

For the winter months, with its own ski slope in the village, namely the ski slope of Baraque de Fraiture, within walking distance. With also departure for day cross-country skiing, all equipment can be rented on the slopes themselves.

In short, come and discover for yourself in the beautiful Ardennes.
