In the heart of the Ardennes, at about 500m altitude, you will find this beautiful group accommodation with electric car charging point, wellness area and free WiFi. Ideal for families with children or a reunion with a family or group of up to 24 people. The accommodation is very quietly located in the green and picturesque village center of Dochamps. At the front of the accommodation you overlook an authentic and listed little square where the Lavoir (former washing place) is located. The village of Dochamps is only 11km from La Roche and an hour's drive from Maastricht. In addition, from here you have a beautiful view of the surrounding valleys and hills and the accommodation is largely wheelchair friendly.

First floor:There is a common room equipped with a large flat-screen TV and a home cinema set. Next to this room you will find an additional separate sitting area with television. In the wellness area, the whole party can fully relax in one of the two saunas, the steam shower and on the fitness equipment. The kitchen is fully equipped, including an oven, dishwasher and large refrigerator. The first floor has two bathrooms, one with two sinks and a shower and one with a sink, shower and toilet. Furthermore, the first floor also has a separate room with a toilet and a washing machine.
