Beautifully group house with swimming pool and wellness
In the heart of the blossom region in Belgian Limburg, you will find this wonderful semi-detached group house with outdoor pool and wellness. The house is ideally suited for families.
Due to its central location, noise pollution is not allowed, so definitely not suitable for groups of young people.
The house pool is open from May to September and will also be kept clean. The pool will only be heated when the night temperature is above 12 degrees.
The house has a beautiful covered terrace, a lovely sauna, a jacuzzi and lovely outdoor pool. There is a cosy corner with a fire pit at the back of the garden, where you can cosily roast marshmallows together.
The surroundings are beautiful. In spring, you can enjoy all the beautiful blossom here. In summer and autumn, you can admire all the fruit on the trees. In the harvest months, you can taste all the fruit. Beautiful walking and cycling tours lead you along hollow roads and wide vistas, with fruity orchards, vineyards, castles and chapels as a backdrop. There are beautiful historical heritages to explore. Culture and nature are not lacking here. But you won't be bored with the culinary delights either. The harvest months, wine estates, breweries and cosy restaurants provide culinary highlights.
For families with children, there are plenty of fun play farms, swimming pools, play forests and orchards to fill a fun day.
Downstairs, the house is fully wheelchair-friendly and both inside and outside adapted for wheelchair users.

For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 30 years of age are not permitted
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
