The decoration is tasteful, harmonious with the art-deco look of the building and equipped with all contemporary comforts. The rooms have high ceilings and large windows, which offer a nice view of the surroundings.
On the first floor you have a large entrance hall with 2 toilets and a sink, a spacious kitchen (induction stove, 2 fridges with large freezer compartment and 2 dishwashers), a living room (dining area, sitting area and fireplace), a lounge and a game room. On the second floor there are 3 rooms with private shower and sink, 2 rooms share a spacious bathroom (2 sinks, shower, toilet). Furthermore, there are 2 toilets. On the second floor there are 2 rooms with private shower and sink and a separate toilet.
The Villa, with its various cosy corners, offers an opportunity to meet and relax.
