Beautiful house in the middle of nature with hot tub
In the middle of the beautiful landscape of East Flanders lies this beautiful detached villa.
The villa is located a stone's throw away from the historic city of Bruges. The spacious house is equipped with every luxury and very comfortably and modernly furnished. You can dine in the cosy dining room or on the cosy terrace outside. There is a hot tub available. When changing water and cleaning Hottub (this should be done approximately after 3 days), the owner charges hundred euros. First time is included in the price.
After dinner, you can light the fireplace under the covered terrace and enjoy the crackling fire, or play a game of pool together.
After a busy day, it is wonderful to relax in the infrared sauna.
Several beautiful walking routes start from the holiday home. You can also get to know the surroundings by bike.
There are a lot of nice places to discover in the region. Damme, but also Lissewege are must-sees.
The Villa is very centrally located, so you can easily visit Bruges, Ghent and Knokke, but also Sluis
Ground floor: (hall(toilet), Living room(TV(digital), stove(wood), seating area, billiards), Kitchen(hob(4 ring stoves, induction), hood, coffee machine(espresso), oven(steam), oven, combination microwave, dishwasher, fridge), bathroom(shower, washbasin), pantry(fridge-freezer, tumble dryer, 2x washing machine))
On the 1st floor: (2x bedroom(double bed), bedroom(2x single bed, double bed, infrared sauna), walk-through bedroom(double bed), bathroom(shower, washbasin), bathroom(bath tub, shower, 2x washbasin), Landing(toilet))
Annex:
relaxation area(hot tub(heated with fire)), garage, fireplace, terrace, terrace(roofed), garden, garden furniture, BBQ(charcoal), 6x parking, trampoline, 2x parasol, table tennis table, darts, 3x children's bed (excl. bed linen), 3x high chair
On Sunday, Easter Monday and Whit Monday the departure time is at the latest at 18:00 hours at this holiday home
Upon arrival, the beds are made
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
The guests needs to sort the household waste properly
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot
Parking places 6
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Wij hebben samen met onze drie kinderen, drie schoonkinderen en onze zes kleinkinderen een zeer fijne vakantie gehad tijdens het Allerheiligen verlof. Het vakantiehuis was prima in orde. Ondanks het regenachtig en winderig weer hebben we ons goed kunnen amuseren in dit prachtig huis. Het is zeker een aanrader om hier te verblijven

Wij hebben er met twee gezinnen verbleven. Zowel voor de pubers als voor de kleine kinderen een heerlijke plek!
Het huis heeft als ruimte en heeft behalve een mooie inrichting ook vele faciliteiten. De diverse badkamers en slaapkamers met prima bedden, zorgen voor een luxe gevoel. Tel daarbij de poule tafel, hottub, sauna, buitenspeelplek, stookplaats en tafeltennistafel en het plaatje is compleet! De vriendelijke eigenaren maken het af, een simpel berichtje en ze staan voor je klaar d.m.v. extra hout etc.
Het huis staat dan wel achteraf, maar dat geeft een fijn gevoel van rust en wijdse zichten. Toch daarnaast ook op relatief korte afstand van strand en mooie steden als Brugge.
Voor ons zeker een plek om aan te bevelen én nog eens terug te gaan!
