This villa is located near the nature reserve of De Panne. Surrounded by an enclosed large garden and in a quiet and green environment. This within walking distance of the sea and center. Everything to spend an ideal vacation.

We rent from Saturday to Saturday, but all periods are negotiable.

The villa sleeps 9 adults. There is additionally 1 crib and 1 high chair.

Rent January, February and March 600 euros per week excluding fees.
Rent Crocus Flanders + Wallonia: 800 euros per week excluding costs.
Rent Easter vacations Flanders + Wallonia: 1,100 euros per week excluding fees.
Rent April: 800 euros per week excluding costs.
Rental price May: 900 euro per week excluding costs.
Rent June: 1,100 euros per week excluding costs.
Rent July and August: 1,500 euros per week excluding costs.
Rent September: 1,100 euros per week excluding costs.
Rent October: 800 euros per week excluding costs.
Rent November and December: 600 euros per week excluding costs.
Rent autumn vacation Flanders + Wallonia: 900 euros per week excluding costs.
Rent for Christmas vacations Flanders + Wallonia: 1,000 euros per week excluding fees.

Minimum rental price weekend or midweek outside holiday periods: 600 euro excluding fees.
