Villa Lactea underwent extensive renovations between 2020 and 2023, focusing on sustainability and circular construction and reusing as many materials as possible. Villa Lactea is located in quiet, natural surroundings in Schilde. Nearby, you will find several beautiful mountain bike routes and hiking trails through vast forests and along green fields. A short drive away is the beautiful city of Antwerp with historic sights, interesting museums and a lively atmosphere with many restaurants and shops

For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
This accommodation is rented only to family groups
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
